Technician Training Programs
From heavy equipment field technicians to technician trainees, we are constantly growing our team of skilled technicians. One of the cornerstones of our company is our Papé Machinery Construction & Forestry Technician Training Program. Through this program, we can help nurture the most skilled talent pool of technicians, providing them with the knowledge they need to excel on the job.
With our program, expert instructors educate participants about the fundamentals of construction and forestry equipment. From diesel engines to drivetrains, graduates of the program know all the ins and outs of the industry and are ready to excel on the job. Graduates of the program benefit from on-the-job training and may be offered a position with our company.
We’re proud to offer scholarships, too. We’re always looking for hardworking talent who are interested in long-term growth with our family. With our scholarship program, participants get on-the-job training and tuition reimbursement.
